DIY YOUR OWN LIGHTED MAKEUP VANITY | UPDATED LINKS


We have all seen the gorgeous vanity makeup tables by Vanity Girl Hollywood I have seen a few beauty gurus on YouTube who own the vanity but these vanities vary in price some at $749.00 and we all agree not all of us can or are willing to fork over $800.00 for a vanity. So I put together a couple of links and tips on how you and your hubby can achieve this super adorable vanity for less.




An affordable alternative is Nocce Vanity and Mirror - Truffle from Target it is not available in black and does not include the strip lights but hey you can always paint it and take a trip to your local Lowes or Home Depot. It's only $179.99 and only available online!

 The Carson Anywhere Desk is only $89.99 just find yourself a mirror from Big Lots or a Thrift Store.

One of the most popular  vanity table is the MALM Dressing Table from IKEA it's only $149.00 and you can choose from black or white (I personally love the black).






Finding a large enough mirror can cost cash but taking a trip to local thrift stores can save you cash. 
Sometimes thrift stores have mirrors from dressers that were sold separately. I found the perfect size mirror for only $19.99 and by simply adding a little paint plus Bel Air Light Vanity Strip Light from Lowe's which can be found for under $50!
